All orders are packaged and shipped with gift-giving in mind.
If you are placing an order and would like to remain anonymous, no problem!  Simply choose the “anonymous” option in the comments section of the checkout page.  If you wish to identify yourself as the gift-giver, then you may include your own gift note that will be sent along with your order.  Please make a note of this in the comments section of the checkout page.  When choosing to Pickup an order from our Factory/Store location, please note that our business hours are Tuesday-Saturday from 10am-6pm. Please allow 1 business day before attempting to pickup an order unless otherwise arranged by phone. Our factory/store location:

 Please do NOT attempt to make a left onto Industrial Road from Wickham Road. Instead, we recommend turning left onto Ellis Road (at the light), another left onto Shinn Ave and finally, left onto Industrial Road.

Shipping Information
 We ship to the United States and Canada only.  All orders are shipped via USPS and FedEx. 
We charge a flat rate of:
$4.95 for USPS Priority (2-3 Day Delivery) shipping to U.S. destinations
$10.95 for USPS Express (1-2 Day Delivery) shipping to U.S. destinations
$12.95 for Canada USPS International Priority shipments (6-14 Days depending on customs)
All orders can be tracked to ensure that each package reaches its destination; however, we will not be responsible for an order once shipped.

Lead Times
All orders placed will usually ship within 2 business days.  All of our Gourmet CrappyFudge is made fresh in a FDA registered, sanitation, and state regulated facility.  Beyond the name, is ironically great tasting fudge that our customers can’t get enough of!

We can only rely on the information you provide us.  Please verify the ship to address is correct before checking out.  We are not responsible for shipping errors that are outside of our control.

Should your package not arrive or arrives in damaged condition, please notify us immediately so we can start the claims procedure.

Cancellations/Changes
Orders are processed and payment taken at time of order.  Because of the large volume of orders placed daily, we are unable to process cancellations.  Please be sure that what you order is exactly what you want.
